These Terms of Use apply specifically to the CleanCalc application. By accessing or using CleanCalc, you agree to these Terms.

CleanCalc is a product of L'unica LLC. In addition to these application-specific terms, your use of CleanCalc is also strictly governed by the overarching L'unica LLC Terms of Use.

1. Description of Service

CleanCalc is a pricing calculator designed for cleaning service professionals. It provides tools for calculating rates, generating itemized quotes, and managing business settings.

2. Accuracy of Calculations and Quotes

Calculations and quotes generated by CleanCalc are estimates provided for your convenience. L'unica LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or profitability of these estimates. You are solely responsible for the final pricing you offer to your clients and for verifying all mathematical outputs before sending quotes to customers.

3. Offline Data Storage

CleanCalc primarily operates offline. All generated data is stored locally on your device. L'unica LLC does not sync, back up, or have access to this data. You are entirely responsible for backing up your business data. L'unica LLC is not liable for any data loss.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI designs, and code within CleanCalc remain the exclusive intellectual property of L'unica LLC. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or modification of the app is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L'unica LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages—including loss of business, revenue, or data—arising from your use of CleanCalc.
